Taurus - The Bull

April 20 - May 20

In Astrology, the second sign of the zodiac is Taurus.

It is a fixed sign, an Earth sign and is ruled

by the planet Venus.

Your planetary metal is copper. Taurus is represented by

the color green. Taurus people are patient, affectionate,

responsible, reliable and very sensual.

You may also be stubborn, obstinate,

and possessive. You put a high regard on collecting

possessions and have an excellent business sense.

Although you are easy going, you don’t like to be challenged,

or rushed into anything new. Your temper is something you

usually have great control over, however, if pushed too far,

you will become angry and let it be known.

Having your element as an Earth sign, makes you practical

and stable. Beneath your surface lay a sentimental and

sensuous person. You are basically shy and reserved

with strangers.

In astrology Venus’s influence inclines toward a love

of luxury. You like to surround yourself in quality

things and have a tendency to be materialistic.

In spite of that, you do have a frugal side of you.

You will not show your affection for someone by giving

lavish gifts. Your gifts are carefully thought out,

never extravagant, and almost always practical.

Along with Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius you share

a Fixed sign which means you are a perfectionist and

resistant to change.
