Spinach Dip

You'll hear me say this on all of the recipes, but people just LOVE this dip!

Its sooo easy to make and you can do it up the night before.  Just don't put the dip in the bread bowl or it will get a bit soggy.

Keep the dip in a bowl till you are ready to eat or let it sit in the bread bowl a few hours before  eating it.  It makes the bread bowl itself totally yummers!

People will be breaking off the sides of the bowl to eat the soaked in flavor once the bread pieces are gone! :D

Ingredients/Instructions

1 round sourdough bread for bowl

1 16oz sour cream (only use the real stuff. The light and non-fat just don't taste right)

1 8oz real mayonnaise (same here. Don't skip on the flavor)

1 bunch green onions (slice thinly)

1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheese (your choice, but I always use mild cheddar)

1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (drain and squeeze out excess liquid)

1 small crown broccoli (shave tips into mixture)

Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the above ingredients and pour into bowl that you make from bread round.  Slice the extra bread into bite size pieces. Best if made the night before.
