If you use windows XP, it has a 'built-in' ZIP program. If you do not have or know what a ZIP program is, please visit WINZIP
The file is saved as a Microsoft Word Document. If you use this program the file will open automatically once you have downloaded and doubled clicked on the zip file. If you do not use MS Word it should still open in whatever program you use.
