Artichoke Dip

You'll hear me say this on all of the recipes, but people just LOVE this dip!

Its sooo easy to make and you can do it up the night before and stick it in the fridge and heat-up when ready.

Ingredients/Instructions

1 can artichoke hearts in water (DO NOT USE marinated artichoke hearts)

1 can diced chilies (I use mild)

1 8oz jar real mayonnaise (DO NOT USE low-fat or Non-Fat. It changes the consistency  and it is ruined)

2 rounded cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Use tortilla chips, bread or any chip of your choice (tortilla chips are my fav with this dip)

Half larger artichoke hearts.  Combine all the ingredients.  Spread evenly in a GLASS 13X9X2 dish.  Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.  Serve this dip while warm.
